The present invention relates to an internet real estate brokerage method using sharing of real estate offerings and, more specifically, to an internet real estate brokerage method using sharing of real estate offerings, which invigorates online real estate brokerage using internet, shares offerings so that a user can view all real estate offerings owned by members, and allows a real estate agent to easily open a business. According to the internet real estate brokerage method using sharing of real estate offerings formed in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when a real estate agent posts possessed offerings, a main brokerage server asks an approval for sharing the offerings and the real estate agent can post the offerings on an online site of the main brokerage server in return for approval such that payment is not required on a real estate brokerage terminal; possessed offerings from each registered real estate brokerage terminal other than the offerings obtained from the main brokerage server are shared such that a user can find required offerings fast as a lot of offerings are obtained and information is provided; and opening a business is easy and risk is significantly reduced since all offerings are shared if a person who got a real estate agent license pays a certain amount of usage fee to the main brokerage server by considering that the person does not possess any offerings.
