The present invention relates to a use of a mouse humanized with cells of a liver disease or liver transplant patient. The humanized liver-damaged mouse according to the present invention successfully reflects the immune status of the liver disease patient and liver transplant patient as human cells are well engrafted in the blood and liver tissues of the mouse. Thus, the mouse can be used as a preclinical model to monitor the patients immune status, and can be used for screening liver disease treatment substances or liver transplant immunosuppressants and for diagnosing liver diseases.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
