A proprioception stimulator based on movements of a user according to one embodiment can be worn on a wearing part of a user, and stimulates proprioception of the user by detecting exercise information of the wearing part when the wearing part moves and generating vibrations based on the detected exercise information. According to the present invention, a proprioception capability and an overall exercise function of the user can be improved.
