The present invention relates to a method for providing information capable of effectively diagnosing sporadic Parkinson′s disease, by utilizing a novel 3D marker gene TXNIP as an index factor, and measuring and comparing the expression level of the TXNIP gene in each sample of a patient with suspected sporadic Parkinson′s disease and a control group. In addition, the present invention relates to a method of screening a therapeutic drug for sporadic Parkinson′s disease by suppressing the expression of the TXNIP gene in patients with sporadic Parkinson′s disease.
