The present invention relates to a tube for electromyogram detection of a double-tube structure including a position-variable detector and, more specifically, to a tube, which may increase the accuracy of electromyogram measurement and vocal cord movement check since an electrode detector may be properly adjusted and fixed to different bodies according to a patient in a surgical situation, increase surgical efficiency, improve functionality even through low manufacturing cost since installation of an electrode detector is implemented with a simple structure, and which may be usefully applied to a double-tube structure capable of separate ventilation of both lungs particularly.
