The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an anisotropic nanostructure using a functional bacteriophage and a high sensitivity explosive sensor using the same, comprising the following steps of: preparing a dispersion solution in which M13 bacteriophage is dispersed; entering a substrate vertically into the dispersion solution; and separating the entered substrate from the dispersion solution. The M13 bacteriophage has a surface protein including a tryptophan-histidine-tryptophan (Trp-His-Trp) peptide.
