The present invention relates to a deep learning-based wrinkle evaluation apparatus. The deep learning-based wrinkle evaluation apparatus comprises: at least one grade evaluation model trained based on deep learning to output a result value of evaluating one of grades in a range of (N+1) grades (N is a natural number) according to a naked eye determination criterion for an input wrinkle image; and an evaluation grade output part determining and outputting a wrinkle image evaluation value according to the result value output from the at least one grade evaluation model.
