Disclosed are a fuel supply system for a liquefied gas propulsion vessel and a method thereof. The fuel supply system for a liquefied gas propulsion vessel of the present invention comprises: a cargo tank which is provided at a vessel to store a liquefied gas to be supplied to an engine of the vessel; a first storage tank which is provided between the cargo tank and the engine to supply the liquefied gas to the engine as fuel; and a second storage tank provided at the downstream of the cargo tank. Here, while the liquefied gas is supplied from the first storage tank to the engine as the fuel, the liquefied gas is supplied from the cargo tank to the second storage tank. When the liquefied gas supplied from the first storage tank to the engine is exhausted, the liquefied gas is supplied from the cargo tank to the first storage tank while the liquefied gas stored in the second storage tank is supplied as the fuel of the engine. Therefore, installation costs are reduced, and LPG can be supplied to the engine in a stable manner.
