RULE-BASED USER INTENTION INFERENCE METHOD FOR CONVERSATION RECOGNITION

Provided is a method which creates rules for conversation recognition and infers users intention based on the rules. According to the present invention, the method is configured to create rules for conversation recognition and infer users intention based on the rules. The method comprises the following steps: extracting input keyword information including information about a keyword set which is a set consisting of at least one keyword from conversation data including information about users conversation; determining, based on an inclusion relation between sets, whether there is an intention cluster corresponding to the input keyword information among a plurality of intention clusters which include at least one keyword set; updating, based on the determination results, a knowledge base (KB) including the plurality of intention clusters by using the input keyword information; and deciding a keyword set including a keyword set included in the input keyword information among at least one keyword set included in each of the plurality of intention clusters. The step of deciding a keyword set decides the keyword set, based on the reverse order of the order according to the inclusion relation of at least one keyword set between the plurality of intention clusters.
