The present invention relates to a lesion sensing system for laparoscopic surgery and, more specifically, to a novel technology relating to a lesion sensing system for laparoscopic surgery, wherein the system comprises: a marking clip on which an electronic tag (RFID) is mounted by applying an existing endoscopic hemostatic clip; and a clip sensor which detects the marking clip. A sensing range can be adjusted by antenna designing of a low-frequency electronic tag sensor.
