According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for an economic profit and expenditure report based on natural language processing, comprises: an expenditure report registering unit for creating an expenditure report for an economic profit providing statement on the basis of in-house-accumulated business activity management data, and adding an evidence material related to the economic profit providing statement to register the expenditure report; an electronic approval interworking unit for interworking with an electronic approval system pre-operated in a company to provide an internal approval process; a checklist generating unit for checking the presence of a supplement item on the basis of each review result, and generating a checklist on the basis of a check result of the presence of a supplement item when a supervisor review, and legal and tax reviews for created content of the expenditure report are completed through the internal approval process; and an expenditure report transmitting unit for interworking with an API program provided by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety to automatically transmit the expenditure report supplemented based on the checklist.
