The present invention provides an anti-inflammatory composition containing abalone shell protein, which effectively inhibits the expression of various inflammatory cytokines, as an active component. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to implement a production effect of the anti-inflammatory composition which effectively inhibits the expression of various types of inflammatory cytokines by using the abalone shell protein extracted from abalone shells which is industrially utilized.
