The present invention relates to a presurgical biomarker enabling the prediction of the prognosis after pancreatic cancer resection in a patient with pancreatic cancer, and a method using the same. According to a method and kit for predicting the prognosis of a pancreatic cancer patient, the prognosis of a patient who has undergone pancreatic resection after prior anticancer therapy can be easily diagnosed before surgery, thereby reducing side effects of pancreatic cancer resection and prior anticancer therapy while patient-customized treatment is possible.
