The present invention relates to a high-pressure homogenizer of a servo control structure having low-noise and eco-friendly properties and, more specifically, to a high-pressure homogenizer of a servo control structure having low-noise and eco-friendly properties, which is capable of reducing noise while improving homogeneous efficiency, and preventing environmental harmful substances from being generated, by making a homogenizing process of particles in a servo control method. A high-pressure homogenizer of a servo control structure having low-noise and eco-friendly properties comprises: a pressure generation unit (11) which generates a pressure required for homogenization of a raw material; a pair of power transfer units (112a, 112b) which are formed on both sides of the pressure generation unit (11); a pair of plungers (12a, 12b) which are connected to the pair of power transfer units (112a, 112b), respectively; a pair of inlet units (13a, 13b) which are arranged on the end of the pair of plungers (12a, 12b); and a homogenizing module (14) which is connected to each of the pair of inlet units (13a, 13b) by supply lines (SL1, SL2).
