The present invention provides a user-based document recommendation system which comprises: a user information collection unit linked to an integrated DB for storing shipbuilding or offshore equipment related information in a shipyard and storing user information including department information or business information; a document search unit searching for a keyword input by a user in the integrated DB, extracting documents including the keyword, assigning the weight to the extracted documents in accordance with a degree of similarity between the department information and the business information of the user, and arranging the documents in order of high relevance; and an information providing unit providing the documents arranged in order of high relevance to the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
