The present invention relates to a technology for monitoring food safety hazard inspection equipment and generating an alarm when necessary. According to one embodiment, a system for monitoring and warning inspection equipment comprises: an Internet of Things (IoT) sensor terminal collecting driving data for foreign matter detection equipment; an environmental monitoring controller collecting the temperature and humidity in a unit section in which the IoT sensor terminal is installed, and transmitting the driving data to a gateway together with the collected temperature and humidity; and a monitoring server collecting and managing the temperature and humidity in the unit section and the driving data from the gateway.
