The present invention relates to technology for a rotational commercial device having a vertical banner attached thereto to attract visual attention to maximize advertisement effect and, more specifically, to technology for a rotational advertisement device which has an opened bottom surface while being formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a metallic material and has a vertical advertising banner downwardly attached thereto through an open space to be rotated. According to the present invention, a rotational structure, in which a connection part selected from a belt and a chain is connected to the front and rear sides of a driving shaft interlocked with a driving motor and a driven shaft connected to the driving shaft to be rotated in a dual structure, is formed in an advertisement housing. A rotation control means selected from a limit switch, a timer, and a motion sensor is embedded in the internal position of the housing such that the rotational advertisement device is moved to a desired position at a desired speed. Horizontal banners with different advertisement content are vertically attached to the front and rear parts of the connection part between the driving and driven shafts, respectively. Moreover, a lighting means is disposed on the rear surface of the advertisement banner displayed to a front surface such that the different advertisement banners attached to the connection part are intermittently or periodically changed.
