The present invention relates to a suction apparatus for removing attachment larvae of jellyfish using high pressure seawater and a method of removing attachment larvae of jellyfish using the same. A suction discharge means in which a reverse spraying nozzle is embedded and a filter are provided so that the attachment larvae of the jellyfish can be fundamentally removed. Also, solid matters generated during an operation are collected by the filter so that a marine environment can be prevented from being secondarily contaminated.
