The present invention relates to an IoT-based medical ultrasonic cleaner, comprising: a reservoir with holes formed on the bottom surface; an ultrasonic vibration module coupled to the bottom surface of the reservoir; and a control unit connected wired or wirelessly to control operation of the ultrasonic vibration module. The ultrasonic vibration module comprises: an ultrasonic vibrator coupled to a lower side of the bottom surface of the reservoir in which the hole is formed, and formed in an upper and lower strait to form a groove from the upper side surface to a lower side; a water spray nozzle coupled to an upper side of the bottom surface of the reservoir in which the hole is formed and wherein a plurality of spray holes through which water is sprayed is formed; a water supply pump having a water injection nozzle communicating with and connected to the groove to supply the water to spray the water through the plurality of spray holes; and a vibrator supporter coupled to the lower side of the ultrasonic vibrator to support the ultrasonic vibrator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
