The present invention relates to cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, and quasi-drug compositions for increasing skin elasticity and mitigating wrinkle, a composition for promoting proliferation of human adipose-derived stem cells, and a method for increasing skin elasticity including a step of administering the composition to a non-human subject. According to the present invention, the composition comprises one or more materials selected from a group consisting of Raspberry ketone, gallic acid, caffeic acid, carnosic acid, terpineol, sodium mannose phosphate, tropolone, glycyrrhetinic acid, lanosterol, sodium riboflavin phosphate, menadione, thioctic acid, lactoflavin, xanthophyll, and extracts or factions of onion, rice bran, bamboo, carrot, and hibiscus.
