The present invention relates to a worker healthcare system based on a smart care band and to a health care method thereof. More specifically, a daily health status (visual, blood pressure/heart rate/body temperature) of a worker is checked and made into data. When an administrator determined that a body rhythm of a worker is significantly out of average and the administrator is concerned about the work of the worker, paid off time is given to stop a job and take a break, and the worker is managed until the body rhythm is normalized through the job change on the day, thereby managing risks of an individual of the work and a company.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
