Disclosed are an addressable laser array device including a plurality of vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSELs) adopting a nanostructure reflector, and an electronic apparatus including the same. The addressable laser array device may comprise: a plurality of VCSELs including a nanostructure reflector having a plurality of nanostructures having sub-wavelength dimensions; a plurality of first wiring patterns connected to the plurality of VCSELs; and a plurality of second wiring patterns connected to the plurality of VCSELs. The plurality of VCSELs may be disposed at intersections of the plurality of first wiring patterns and the plurality of second wiring patterns.
