The present invention relates to a plant safety training system, which comprises: a process simulation unit for modeling dynamic process state simulation of a plant; an accident simulation unit for providing accident result data in accordance with a process variable of the plant; and an interactive simulation unit for relaying transmission and reception of data between the process simulation unit and the accident simulation unit. The process simulation unit includes a dynamic process simulation sub-unit for receiving an accident scenario and a control condition from the interactive simulation unit, and a database for storing the process variable in accordance with the control condition for each accident scenario. The dynamic process simulation sub-unit reads the process variable in accordance with the received accident scenario and the control condition from the database to transmit the process variable to the interactive simulation unit. The interactive simulation unit provides the received process variable to the accident simulation unit. The accident simulation unit provides accident data corresponding to the process variable to the interactive simulation unit.
