Provided is a voltage droop monitoring circuit of a system on-chip, which includes a ring oscillator block, a counter, a droop detector, and a controller. The ring oscillator block generates a plurality of oscillating signals based on a power voltage provided in a function circuit, and selects one of the oscillating signals to output a selected oscillating signal. The counter counts the toggling of the selected oscillating signal during a reference period to output a counting value. The droop detector receives the counting value, and generates an error signal representing whether the droop of the power voltage has occurred based on the counting value.
