Disclosed is a smart autonomous cluster sleep control system. The smart autonomous cluster sleep control system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a smart band and a smart pillow. The smart band is provided to be worn on the users wrist, analyzes the users sleep state based on users posture information and biosignals including the oxygen saturation and breathing of the user, and generates an abnormal signal informing a dangerous situation when the sleep state of the user is detected to be in a dangerous situation such as snoring, apnea or hypopnea state. The smart pillow includes a pillow body and a plurality of air pads provided in the pillow body. When the abnormal signal is received from the smart band, the smart pillow expands or contracts at least one of the plurality of air pads to secure a users airway and induce a posture change.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
