The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating infertility or miscarriage, comprising a DEPTOR (DEP domain-containing mTOR-interacting protein) inhibitor or an mSIN1 (mammalian stress-activated protein kinase interacting protein 1) inhibitor as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention has found that during a decidualization process, the activity of mTORC1 (mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1) increases and the activity of mTORC2 decreases, and the expression of DEPTOR, which is a negative regulator of mTORC1, and binding thereof to mTORC1 decrease, while the expression of mSIN1, which is a positive regulator of mTORC2, and binding thereof to mTORC2 decrease. Thus, the DEPTOR inhibitor or the mSIN1 inhibitor may be beneficially used in the treatment of infertility or miscarriage.
