The present invention relates to a waterproof and dustproof outer shell for a prosthetic hand joint, the outer shell comprising: a first fixing ring and a second fixing ring, which are disposed with a joint of a prosthetic hand therebetween, and are adapted to encircle a phalange; a corrugated tube which is disposed between the first fixing ring and the second fixing ring, and is adapted to fold and unfold according to a movement of the joint; a first connecting part which is releasably connected to the first fixing ring and one side of the corrugated tube; and a second connecting part which is releasably connected to the second fixing ring and the other side of the corrugated tube. According to the present invention, the outer shell for a prosthetic hand joint can be easily installed or removed for each individual joint, and thus can be efficiently managed; and can minimize interference with movement when operating the joint.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
