Provided are a health management system using a watch-type smartwatch digital radiotelegraph which can be used and worn on a wrist by workers or the elderly, and remotely checking a health status or whether an accident has occurred and a health management method. The health management system comprises: a smartwatch digital telegraph detecting a location and a biometric signal of a body while being worn on the body and providing the location and the biometric signal to the outside through wireless communication, and allowing radio with the outside; and a management server determining a body accident while monitoring a health status based on the biometric signal and location information applied from the smartwatch digital telegraph to perform a corresponding event in accordance with the accident, and predicting and warning the body accident based on the biometric signal and the location information.
