ENVIRONMENT MONITORING METHOD FOR ILLEGAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE

The present invention relates to an environment monitoring method for illegal wastewater discharge, which comprises the following steps of: (a) allowing a pipe network diagram construction module to construct a pipe network diagram of a storm sewer and a combined sewer system of a target area in a geographic information system (GIS); (b) allowing a pipeline management module to manage section in a GIS pipe network diagram of the target area by each pipeline connected to each discharge hole or open channel based on the discharge hole or open channel which is a discharge facility; (c) allowing a control module to form a database with past uncovered illegal discharges cases and status of each business site within the target area to store the database in a storage device; (d) allowing a statistical analysis module to analyze relevancy in the identical time slot between a real-time measurement item and an item difficult to be measured in rotational through statistical analysis using a Z score and multivariate analysis; and (e) allowing an output module to provide a manager in real time with a list of business sites on a pipeline connected to the discharge hole or open channel which is the discharge facility and a list of business sites expected to perform illegal discharge based on real-time relevancy analysis within the corresponding area. Accordingly, when an illegal discharge occurs in the discharge facility, an illegal discharge area and company can be quickly checked based on pipeline information, such as a pipe network diagram and the like, constructed in advance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
