A method for estimating curvature and tilt of a road using width information of front lanes is provided. The method for estimating road information according to an embodiment of the present invention acquires a road image, extracts lanes from the acquired road image, and estimates road information by using the extracted width information of the lanes. Accordingly, the method can estimate a change in the posture of a vehicle and a road by using the width information between the front lanes while driving, and based on this, can secure vehicle stability and ride comfort by applying the same to an active chassis control.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
