The present invention relates to a multiple analysis method for an amplicon using fluorescence-based multiple melting analysis, which can simultaneously analyze multiple target nucleic acid sequences in real time, and to a kit for performing the same. According to the present invention, multiple target nucleic acid sequences can be detected in one round of polymerase chain reaction using one fluorescence channel, thereby exceptionally reducing nucleic acid multiple detection time and cost. Therefore, the present invention can be widely used in a companion diagnostic field where there is a need for analyzing a plurality of target genes, an agricultural and stockbreeding field where there is a need for analyzing a plurality of alleles, and in a clinical pathologic field where there is a need for analyzing a plurality of infectious agents.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
