Disclosed is a battery exchange type charging system of an electrically driven vehicle with a differential calculation method of a charge rate according to a battery life grade. The battery exchange type charging system of an electrically driven vehicle with a differential calculation method of a charging rate according to a battery life grade comprises: a battery for an electrically driven vehicle which can be detachably mounted on an electrically driven vehicle to be used, and in which a battery management system (BMS) is embedded; a charging station which is provided in each charging port installed in a plurality of places, is configured to be able to charge a plurality of the batteries in a state of being separated from the electrically driven vehicle, receives a calculated charge rate from a management server to guide the charge rate when a used battery is returned, and exchanges a battery to a fully charged battery of which charging is completed in advance when the charge rate is completely paid; a management server which differentially calculates a charge rate according to usage and a battery life grade of the returned battery, and transmits the calculated charge rate to the charging station; and a user terminal which requests sign-up while transmitting membership information to the management server to sign-up, and receives charging port location information for the charging stations of the each charging port and information on the number of fully charged batteries from the management server to display the same.
