The present invention relates to an apparatus of a rotating nozzle assembly structure for automatically cleaning dust-collecting cells, and more specifically to an apparatus of a rotating nozzle assembly structure for automatically cleaning dust-collecting cells, having an improved structure to detect a dust-collecting state of a plurality of dust-collecting cells disposed in a dust-collecting device and thus automatically cleaning. The apparatus of the rotating nozzle assembly structure for automatically cleaning dust-collecting cells comprises: a supply member (11) linearly extending to have a flow path formed therein; at least one rotating nozzle assembly (12a, 12b, 12c) coupled to the supply member (11); a water supply unit (14) for supplying water to the supply member (11); a compressed air supply unit (15) for supplying compressed air to the supply member (11); and a distribution control unit (17) for determining a supply ratio of water and compressed air, in which the rotating nozzle assembly (12a, 12b, 12c) is rotatable according to the supply of water or air.
