The present invention relates to a sports scouter management system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sports scouter management system comprises: a scouter terminal that receives player information including body information, affiliation information and position information of sports players and transmits the player information to a scouter management server; and a scouter management server that stores the player information in a database, calculates relative and absolute evaluation scores for player information based on the stored information, and compares the player information to derive information on the strengths and weaknesses of sports players.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
