The present invention relates to an apparatus of manufacturing a pellet based on fried crumbs capable of recovering waste cooking oil and a method thereof. In particular, the apparatus of manufacturing a pellet based on fried crumbs capable of recovering waste cooking oil comprises: a crushing module for crushing collected fried crumbs containing waste cooking oil; a separation module for separating waste cooking oil step by step by including a heating unit for performing heat treatment on the fried crumbs containing the waste cooking oil and/or an oil extraction unit for extracting the waste cooking oil from the fried crumbs; a pellet generation module including a compressor for compressing the fried crumbs from which the waste cooking oil is separated and/or a pellet molding machine capable of manufacturing the compressed fried crumbs in a pellet form; and a driving module for providing power for driving the crushing module, the separation module and the pellet generation module, and controlling driving of the crushing module, the separation module and the pellet generation module. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to recycle the fried crumbs and the waste cooking oil by separating the fried crumbs containing the waste cooking oil more effectively. In addition, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a pellet by using the apparatus of manufacturing a pellet based on fried crumbs capable of recovering waste cooking oil.
