The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a paperboard for food packaging, which does not use adhesives, and a food packaging paperboard thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: dissolving one or more from first and second pulps for internal and external fibrillation; using a wire to draw each of the first and second pulps into first and second sheets; bonding the first and second sheets in a bonded sheet; applying pressure to the bonded sheet to perform dehydration; and applying high temperature to the bonded sheet to dry the bonded sheet.
