The present invention relates to a pneumatically-driven cell concentrator, a cell concentration method using same, a method for producing a microfluidic channel, and a method for producing a pneumatic valve. The pneumatically-driven cell concentrator comprises: an inlet port to which a fluid containing cells is injected; a microfluidic channel through which the fluid injected through the inlet port flows; a plurality of pneumatic valves which controls the concentration of cells flowing through the microfluidic channel, and the flow of the cells or the fluid; a pneumatic port which is connected to each of the pneumatic valves to drive the pneumatic valves; and an outlet port which includes a fluid outlet port (Of) for discharging only the fluid so as to separately discharge the concentrated cells and the fluid while passing through the pneumatic valves, and a cell outlet port (Oc) for discharging the fluid including the concentrated cells. Accordingly, due to a high processing speed, the pneumatically-driven cell concentrator can be widely applied to industries requiring large-scale cell concentration.
