STOPPER DEVICE FOR DOUBLE SAFETY OF UPPER PLATE LIFT FOR VEHICLE TRANSPORT TRUCK

The present invention relates to a novel stopper device arranged on an upper plate lifting device of a truck for vehicle transport. A first and a second fixed rail are arranged between inner sides of both a front and a rear frame linked to an upper plate to horizontally and repeatedly lift the upper plate between both the front and rear frames to load and unload a vehicle onto/from a truck for vehicle transport. A first and a second slider are lifted in the first and second fixed rails by a chain which operates by driving a cylinder in the first and second fixed rails. When a wire of the chain linked to a first roller and the second slider and connected to an upper portion of a stopper unit installed on an upper portion of the first slider is severed by high-load tension, a stopping protrusion of a rotation stopping unit of the stopper unit is automatically stopped on a stopping hole formed on the first and second fixed rails by the first slider installed in the first fixed rail installed between the inner sides of both the front and rear frames and the elastic force of a spring arranged on the stopper unit installed on the first slider to lower the upper plate connected to the first slider installed in the first fixed rail in both the front and rear frames by severing of the chain to prevent damage to vehicles loaded on an upper portion of the upper plate or an injury to a manager who manages the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
