The present invention relates to a coil probe for a magnetic stimulator having a water-cooled structure of a tubular coil, and a magnetic stimulator including the same. In the coil probe for a magnetic stimulator having a coil portion built therein and generating a magnetic field through pulsed current application, the coil portion is configured as a flat plate-shaped body provided with a tubular copper pipe having a predetermined length and having a predetermined shape by winding and rolling into a coil-shaped structure for positioning on the same plane. Configuration and circular or 8-shaped formation are performed such that circulation by cooling water inflow and outflow are possible with respect to the flat plate-shaped body of the coil-shaped structure. The heat on the coil portion side is removed by direct cooling by cooling water circulation through the tube of the coil portion. A hybrid cooling device having a cooling unit based on a thermoelectric element module is provided so as to be connected for precise temperature control with respect to the cooling water. According to the present invention, a water-cooled structure is provided with respect to the coil portion on the coil probe side and a water-cooling hybrid cooling device connected thereto is provided. As a result, it is possible to effectively and safely cool the heat generated in the coil portion by magnetic field induction during pulsed current application, stable and continuous use is possible without coil portion overheating, cooling efficiency can be enhanced, precise temperature control can be performed, noise and vibration can be reduced, and a constant cooling water temperature can be maintained.
