The present invention relates to a strain sensor for dynamic analysis and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a strain sensor that changes electrical resistance according to movements of joints of a body such as knees, elbows, fingers, etc. to collect exercise information in sports, and can be worn directly on a human body by coating conductive materials on nylon stockings. The strain sensor comprises: a fabric with elasticity; and a conductive material layer coated on one side of a surface of the fabric.
