The present invention relates to a membrane comprising a porous substrate layer and a CNT/chitosan nanohybrid coating layer and an electrostatic dust collection system comprising the same. The membrane of the present invention has excellent electrical conductivity so that dust can be efficiently collected even at low currents, freely permeates air by having pores, and can collect a large amount of dust since an air passing path is long. Further, the membrane of the present invention can be manufactured in various forms and thus is suitable to be applied to various types of electrostatic dust collection systems.
