The present invention relates to a rubber foam body composition including waste rubber powder treated with low-temperature plasma, and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a rubber foam body composition by using waste rubber powder of which a surface is modified with a C4 to 8 olefin compound through a low plasma treating process. According to the present invention, a rubber foam body composition produced by using a waste rubber powder of which a surface is modified by using low temperature plasma has uniform quality and exhibits excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and processability. In addition, waste rubber resources such as waste tires or waste rubber foam bodies are recycled, and thus the present invention has advantages also in terms of environmental conservation and economic feasibility. Moreover, it is expected that a rubber foam body composition including waste rubber powder treated with low-temperature plasma according to the present invention can be very usefully applied as an insulation material, a sound absorbing material, a sound shielding material, a structural material, a toy material, an auxiliary material, or the like in a variety of fields such as building, construction, transportation (automobiles, railways, and ships), sports, and other industrial products.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
