The present invention relates to a composition for improving memory and treating concentration disorder, containing sphingomyelin, in which sphingomyelin of yolk lecithin and sphingomyelin of milk phospholipids are mixed organically and refined to enhance active components, thereby enhancing an effect. By the present invention, it is possible to provide a food or a pharmaceutical composition having an excellent sphingomyelin content, and also improve the absorption rate of sphingomyelin when the composition is taken, thereby being able to improve a pharmaceutical effect of related food or formulation and secure the performance and quality of related products.
