Provided are a method for recommending information content based on a question and answer between a user and a voice agent on the move and a system thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for recommending information content of a computer device may comprise the steps of: confirming a destination set related to movement of a user; determining a conversation section for conducting a conversation about a question and answer by a voice of a moving path to the set destination; processing the conversation about the question and answer by the voice through a voice agent on the determined conversation section to identify movement background information to the destination; filtering the information content based on the identified movement background information; and recommending the filtered information content to the user.
