The present invention relates to a method for providing a round visit alarm service in a medical institution which can provide a round visit alarm service in two-way communication to maximize patient-oriented convenience. The method comprises: a first step in which a transceiving unit receives round visit target patients and a round visit order from a specific medical staff terminal when the transceiving unit receives a round visit alarm service request signal from the medical staff terminal; a second step in which a patient terminal grouping unit groups patient terminals of the received round visit target patients, and the transceiving unit transmits a notification message for round visit start to the grouped patient terminals; a third step in which a round visit route map generation unit generates a round visit route map having round visit route information based on the received round visit order, medical institution map information, and position information received from the medical staff terminal, and the transceiving unit transmits the generated round visit route map to the grouped patient terminals; and a fourth step in which the round visit route map generation unit regenerates a round visit route map having new round visit route information based on new position information received from the medical staff terminal, and the transceiving unit transmits the regenerated round visit route map to the grouped patient terminals.
