The present invention relates to an environment sensor apparatus and, more specifically, to an IoT-based environment integrated monitoring apparatus installed in a moving body to perform high-resolution monitoring by measuring environment information of an unmeasured region, which cannot be measured by a static observatory, in real time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the environment sensor apparatus includes: an observation tube forming a flow of measurement target air therein by receiving outside air and then changing the flow velocity to a flow velocity for integrated environment monitoring and discharging the air; and an environment integrated monitoring part installed in the observation tube to create integrated environment monitoring information by detecting the condition of the measurement target and then transmit the information to a remote place. Therefore, the IoT-based environment integrated monitoring apparatus is capable of being moved by being installed in a moving body and performing integrated monitoring on the environment of an unmeasured region which cannot be observed by a static observatory.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
