The present invention relates to an integrated environment monitoring apparatus using an integrated environment monitoring module, in which a priority monitoring area, a monitoring period, and environment information of an object to be monitored are set to a region unmatched with environment information observed in a fixed environment observatory and integrated environment monitoring is performed for selected or set integrated environment monitoring target regions by using a movable or portable integrated environment monitoring module, and a method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the integrated environment monitoring apparatus comprises: a database unit storing map information and long-term environment information of the integrated environment monitoring target regions; a weather predication unit applying the map information received from the database unit and environment information measured by the fixed observatory to a weather prediction model to output weather prediction information for each of divided unit monitoring regions within the integrated environment monitoring target region; a priority monitoring region selection unit comparing the weather prediction information with the long-term environment information observed from the integrated environment monitoring target region to select the unit monitoring regions having a difference greater than a predetermined ratio as the priority monitoring region; and an environment information measurement unit including an integrated environment monitoring module to perform integrated environment monitoring in accordance with priority of each priority monitoring region.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
