According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a V2X service providing system in a non-receiving area of a GPS signal, which comprises: a wave base station which receives probe vehicle information from a wave terminal provided in a vehicle existing in a preset communication area and transmits the received probe vehicle information to the outside; and a traffic information providing server which receives the probe vehicle information from the wave base station and provides vehicle speed information from the received probe vehicle information. The traffic information providing server extracts and provides only vehicle speed information from the received probe vehicle information, thereby reducing the time required to provide the traffic information and accurately providing traffic information for each point of the road.
