The present invention relates to an authentication system for providing a used article trading service using a certificate of a used article, to enable a buyer to trade the used article based on the certificate thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of providing, by a management server, an authentication program to the used article to be traded or a seller terminal connected to the used article; a step of collecting, by the management server, part price information based on part specification information of the used article inputted from the seller terminal or the used article; a certificate generation step of generating the certificate of the used article based on the part specification information and the part price information, wherein the certificate includes a unique certificate number; a sale information reception step of receiving sale information for selling the used article from the seller terminal, wherein the sale information includes the unique certificate number; a step of providing, by the management server, a buyer terminal with the sale information received from the seller terminal; a step of receiving the unique certificate number of the used article that the buyer wants to buy from the buyer terminal; a step of requesting, when the authentication program confirms the unique certificate number of the used article, purchase confirmation of the used article to the buyer terminal; and a step of transmitting, when the purchase confirmation is completed, a sale completion message to the seller terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
