Disclosed is a method for manufacturing green tea powder granules which are rapidly dispersed in water. The manufacturing method comprises the step of manufacturing granules of a green tea powder by spraying water to the green tea powder, wherein the step is to manufacture granules of the green tea powder with a rotor-type fluidized bed granulator comprising a rotating plate.
